Cafe du Petite India comes to the Kaffé
Thursday, March 4 from 5:30 – 9pm – Niki of Cafe du Petite India will be serving up dinner at Kaffé 1870 – a great chance to sample her food before her own store opens in the old Robyn’s Flower Shop (no opening date set yet). She will offer a vegetarian option (chick pea curry) or her incredible Butter Chicken for meatlovers along with rice, a veggie samosa + tamarin sauce, naan bread, spicy yogurt and an Indian sweet for dessert. Vegetarian meal is $17 and the butter chicken is $20, all taxes included. I had a sampling and it’s the real deal – truly delicious!
