Menu

The Kaffé is now serving some delicious new choices, made fresh with a focus on supporting local producers. Stop in for the best smoked meat sandwich in town, or try a variety of  our homemade soups, chili, reubens, a tapas plate for one or to share, hotdogs, our infamous chili cheese dog, a pasta or a curry, or a veggie sandwich that has knocked socks clear off.  The special board changes from day to day, and currently includes a pesto-roasted chicken breast with our homemade cranberry-orange-rum jam and old cheddar on a multi-grain bun, our in-house roasted beef sandwich with swiss cheese, our pickled onions and horseradish mayo, and our smoked turkey sandwich with our bacon jam, pickled red peppers, old cheddar, lettuce + chipotle mayo is the talk of the town.  We serve our full menu from 11am until at least 8pm everyday, usually later.  Really.  And we have a late night menu with enough choices to get you through the night happy til breakfast.

Every Thursday from June to October we serve up ribeye steaks off our ceramic grill – check out the Griller page for this week’s menu.

We were wondering if you deliver? We’d like two chili’s please, 124 Country Pines in Oliver, BC.
On second thought maybe we’ll wait and pick it up next time we’re through Wakefield.
Leigh, I’m still waiting for the second Fiftymen CD

The Grateful Griller Rocks!!!

Thank you for organizing these beautiful Thursday nights with Chef Miguel; the food is superb and “grilled to obsession”, the ambiance is always magical and the people are worth the trip. Last week my hubby and I even made new friends visiting Wakefield from Ottawa, and now this week we are having a BBQ at their place… on their brand new Big Green Egg, of course! Keep rocking those special menus and you’ll have us hooked for good. By the way, can I make a request for maple planked salmon night sometime soon? I’m really ready for one… Please??? I’ll buy 5 tickets minimum! M-P from Chelsea.

We had the chance to eat a great lunch today while we were searching for some lots near Wakefield in order to make this region our new home. And let me tell you that the chili frito pie and the regular bol of chili was fantastic!!! It made our day. The lady (the chef) in the kitchen is very kind and obviously loves to cook. Plus the server is very polite and full of positive energy….its a nice change!!!
We will surely be back.
