Thank you for organizing these beautiful Thursday nights with Chef Miguel; the food is superb and "grilled to obsession", the ambiance is always magical and the people are worth the trip. Last week my hubby and I even made new friends visiting Wakefield from Ottawa, and now this week we are having a BBQ at their place... on their brand new Big Green Egg, of course! Keep rocking those special menus and you'll have us hooked for good. By the way, can I make a request for maple planked salmon night sometime soon? I'm really ready for one... Please???
