KAFFÉ 1870

Open Stage continues to go strong, and is one of our favourite nights here at the Kaffé. Every Wednesday night from 8pm to 1am Louis Rompré and the Kaffé host Open Stages. The stage host will change from week to week, each bringing with them their own taste and style of music to the stage. Everyone is encouraged to come down and sign up. HOST SCHEDULE

I’d like to introduce our newest host to the line-up, Greg Stone. He hails from down under and is a relatively new addition to Wakefield. He will be filling the jazz slot I’ve been hoping to fill. For those of you who have already heard him play, you’d agree he is very capable and brings the right personality to our special open stage concept. He’s also a music teacher so spread the word. I’ve put him at the beginning of the next line-up (Feb. 24) for his debut night. Wakefield needs more JAZZ man. Come out to enjoy his special flavour of music and make him feel welcome.
